The cost of working with a Virtual Assistant varies depending on whether you choose the Full-Time or Part-Time package.

We’ll discuss all the pricing details during your FREE Discovery Call with our Outsourcing Specialist, who will provide a customized quote based on your specific needs.

You'll need to pay a deposit (details and the deposit payment form will be provided by our Outsourcing Specialist). Once the deposit is received, we will begin the recruitment process for your Virtual Assistant.

After you’ve selected your Virtual Assistant, we'll set up a weekly payment schedule during the onboarding process. Payments can be made via Stripe, credit card, or direct bank transfer.

Once the weekly payment schedule is established, your Virtual Assistant services will start, and payments will be automatically debited on the agreed day each week, unless otherwise arranged.


No, unused hours do not roll over to the next month. The full-time or part-time hours with your Virtual Assistant must be utilized within the same month, unless otherwise agreed upon.

To maintain a fair work policy, any overtime work outside of the regular hours will incur additional charges. The rates for overtime are as follows:
